Meesho Bulk Listing — FAQ
6 questionsMeesho bulk listing means creating many Meesho catalogs in one go instead of filling the catalog form product by product. ShipSort automates the whole flow: you connect your own Meesho account once, pick a sub-sub-category and download Meesho’s blank bulk-upload template, then fill exactly one model row (row 5 of the "Fill this" sheet) with all the compulsory fields. You then upload a simple product list — one row per product with the Product Name, Description, and up to four image URLs. For every row, ShipSort clones your model row, overrides just those fields, logs into your Meesho account, and uploads each product as its own catalog. You get a live per-product progress view and a success/error report at the end.
No — that’s the point. You fill the compulsory fields once, in a single model row (row 5 of the "Fill this" sheet of your category template). ShipSort reuses that model row for every product and only overrides the name, description, and image URLs from your product list. All other category attributes carry over from the model row automatically.
A simple list with one row per product: Product Name, Description, Image 1 URL, Image 2 URL, Image 3 URL, and Image 4 URL. A header row is optional and blank rows are skipped. Image URLs must be public http/https links. Everything else comes from your one model row in the template.
Yes. You connect your own Meesho account so listings are created under your seller account — exactly as if you uploaded them yourself. ShipSort verifies the connection with a real login and uses it only to upload the catalogs you submit. Uploads are deliberately paced (about one every 12 seconds) so your account stays well under Meesho’s rate limits and quality-check concurrency caps.
Up to 50 products per job — split a larger catalog into multiple jobs (the history view makes that easy). Uploads are auto-paced at roughly one per 12 seconds to stay under Meesho’s rate limiter. If a run hits its time budget before finishing, ShipSort resumes automatically from where it left off, so you never re-upload products that already went live.
You’re charged exactly one listing credit per successful upload — failed rows aren’t charged, and unlimited plans are exempt. Every row’s success or failure is recorded in the job report so you can see precisely what listed and what needs another try.
Bulk list on Meesho without the copy-paste grind
Listing products on Meesho one at a time is the quiet time-sink of running a Meesho business. Every new catalog means opening the form, picking the same sub-sub-category, filling the same compulsory attributes, attaching images, and saving — then doing it all again for the next product. For a seller adding even a dozen designs a week, that is hours lost to repetitive data entry, and it is exactly the kind of work that should be automated.
ShipSort’s Meesho bulk listing tool turns that grind into a two-file workflow. You fill Meesho’s own category template once — a single model row with all the compulsory fields for that sub-sub-category — and then hand ShipSort a plain product list: name, description, and image URLs, one row per product. ShipSort clones your model row for each product, swaps in those fields, and creates a separate Meesho catalog for every row under your own connected Meesho account. Because it uses your account and Meesho’s real template, the listings look exactly like the ones you would have made by hand.
It is also built to be safe and dependable for Indian Meesho sellers at scale. Uploads are paced at about one every twelve seconds so your account stays under Meesho’s rate limits and quality-check concurrency caps, jobs resume automatically if a run is interrupted, and you only spend a listing credit when a product actually goes live. You get a per-product success and error report at the end, so you always know exactly what listed — and your catalog grows without you babysitting a browser tab.
